Beginning January 5th, BNMotion is opening enrollment for Adult Semi-Private POD training. PODs are scheduled at multiple times throughout the day to support varying work schedules while maintaining small-group coaching quality.

Sports Performance Semi-Private POD (Ages 15–18)
This semi-private Sports Performance POD provides focused coaching in a small-group environment for competitive athletes ages 15–18. Sessions emphasize speed, strength, deceleration, and sport-specific movement, while developing accountability and performance readiness.
Training is more individualized and performance-driven than Youth Sports Performance and is designed to support higher training intensity and competitive demands.

Monday–Thursday | 5:30–6:20 PM (50 minutes)

2 athletes — $200/month per athlete
3 athletes — $170/month per athlete

Important Program Notes
Sports Performance athletes must enroll in a Semi-Private POD
Open group classes are not offered for ages 15–18
YSP group classes are not available to SP athletes
POD placement is based on age, availability, and training needs
POD capacity is limited to preserve coaching quality and safety

About Coach Markcus

Hi — I’m Demarkcus - Coach Markcus - Harmon, founder of BNMotion and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience helping adults and youth athletes move better, perform stronger, and live healthier.
My journey started in education. I spent six years teaching Physical Education and Health, designing school-wide fitness programs focused on movement literacy, coordination, and injury prevention. That foundation shaped my belief that everyone should train like an athlete, in their own regard.
My Approach:
At BNMotion, every session blends movement and mindset. We train dynamically across all three planes of motion — improving strength, balance, and power through functional, athletic-based movement.
Each session begins with an Active Dynamic Movement Prep, which is the foundation of every BNMotion session — a structured warm-up designed to activate the body and prime the mind for performance.
Whether you’re an adult rebuilding consistency or an athlete chasing game-speed performance, my mission is to help you move with purpose, train with intention, and live in motion.
